Memorial services for Larry A. Taylor, 68, of Pollok, will be held at a later date. Mr. Taylor was born March 9, 1950, in Elwood City, Pennsylvania, the son of Perry A. Taylor and Marion (Emerick) Taylor , and died Thursday, December 13, 2018 in Lufkin. He was an avid animal lover Mr. Taylor is survived by his daughter, Brandi DuPree; son, Travis Taylor; grandsons, Ty Oliver and Brett Oliver; sisters, Linda Chamber and Trudy Taylor; nephew, Kyle Chambers nieces, Shelley Chambers, Kay Henderson, and Sarah Elmore; along with numerous extended family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Perry A. Taylor and Marion R. Taylor; and brother, Kelly Taylor. Special memorials may be made to the Winnie Berry Humane Society, 1102 N. John Redditt Dr., Lufkin, Texas 75904. Shafer Funeral Home, Lufkin directors.
