Lavinnia Stewart Reach, 90, died on May 2, 2019 in Lexington, Kentucky. Born on August 1, 1928 at Hemphill, KY, she was a daughter of the late George W. and Delphia Meade Stewart. She was a member of the church of Christ for 59 years.

She is survived by four daughters, Carol Davis, Donna Cheek, Phyllis Bates, Marsha Fobes, two sons: Bobby Bates and Kevin Napier. Also surviving are nine grandchildren, a step-grandson, 13 great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter. She was preceded in death by a son, Gary Bates.

Visitation will be at Letcher Funeral Home beginning at 6:00 P.M. on Sunday, May 5, 2019.
