Services for Lawanna Roberson, 93, retired garment factory supervisor and a homemaker, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 2, 2019, at the Lingleville Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Lingleville West End Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 1, 2019, at Lacy Funeral Home.

Lawanna was born in Dublin, Texas, on February 14, 1925, to Alfred Henderson and Lola (Young) Pryor. She married Robert Lee Roberson on December 14, 1940, in Dublin, Texas. He preceded her in death on June 11, 2011.

She was a member of the Lingleville Baptist Church. Survivors include her children, Michael Lee Roberson and wife, Mary Ann, of Dublin, Texas, Danna Smith and husband, Galen, of Boise City, OK, and Brenda Nash and husband, Mike, of Lingleville, Texas; her grandchildren, Rusty Roberson, Mindy Laurence, Micha Roberson, Kellie Deason and husband, Chad, Craig Smith and wife, LeLayne, Chris Croft and wife, Stacie, Marla Croft, and Jody Hendrix; thirteen great-grandchildren, Kenli Roberson, Maci Roberson, London Laurence, Leighton Laurence, Larkyn Laurence, Dannie Deason, Jaycee Deason, Austin Smith, Chandler Smith, Kimberlyn Smith, Kendyl Croft, Danny Croft, and Michael Hendrix. Memorials may be made to Lingleville Baptist Church, PO Box 170, Lingleville, TX 76461.
