Hock, Lawrence W. Sr. “Larry” of Dorchester formerly of East Boston and Hull passed away peacefully on December 18. Beloved husband of Mariann Gardner. Devoted father of Larry Jr. and wife Kathreen, Anthony Hock, Jimmy and wife Elisa, Robert ,Giuseppe and Gennaro Hock.

Dear step father of Jason DaSilva and wife Nicole, Taylor Gardner and wife Madeline and Ashlyn Gardner. Loving brother of Carole Fox, and Ellen Rosenberg and husband Mike. Cherished grandfather of 6 grandchildren.

Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Former husband of the late Patricia Hock. Also survived by his 2 cherished canine Brutus and Tyson.

Family and friends will honor Larry’s life by gathering at the Ruggiero Family Memorial Home 971 Saratoga Street East Boston on Thursday December 20th from 4:00PM-8:00PM and again on Friday morning at 8:30AM before leaving in procession to Sacred Heart Church 303 Paris Street East Boston for a funeral mass in celebration of Larry’s life at 10:00AM. Services will conclude with Larry being laid to rest in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park Peabody.
