Krejci, Jr., 56, of Lorain, passed away Sunday, February 17, 2019 after suffering a heart attack. Lee was preceded in death by his first wife, Brenda (nee Gray) and his parents, Lee Sr. and Carol (nee Overcott). Lee graduated from MLS Amherst High School in 1980 and spent four years in the U.S. Navy, before settling in South Carolina.

Lee was a Honda Motorcycle Dealership parts manager for 20 years. He returned to Ohio where he was a Harley Davidson parts manager for several years. Growing up near Lake Erie, from his youngest years, Lee would sneak away to swim and fish in the lake whenever he could.

He watched Jacques Cousteau religiously as a youth and it was clear that Lee had a special affinity for everything aquatic. After the Navy, Lee grew a passion for Harley Davidson motorcycles and a “biker” lifestyle. Known for his imposing stature and affectionately nicknamed “Creature” by his friends, in his prime, Lee reached 6′ 11″ tall and 400 lbs.

His large stature was eclipsed only by his even bigger heart. Lee is survived by his wife, Armin C. Krejci (nee Pope) ; stepson, Frank (Sharon) Gray; stepdaughter, Heather MacCue; brother, Gary (Liz) Krejci; sister, Suzi (Brian) Pennington; nephews, Derek and Brandon Krejci; nieces, Cassandra, Brianne and Amanda Pennington and many other relatives and friends. A private memorial service for his immediate family is scheduled.
