Obit of Thomas K. Parker Thomas K. ‘Thomas C’ Parker 96, of Elyria, made his transition to heaven on January 30, 2019 in the New Life Hospice of Lorain following a short illness. He was born in Ripley, TN coming to Elyria 62 years ago. He was employed at Ridge Tool Company in Elyria as a Machinist retiring after 35 years of service.

Thomas was a member of Unity Baptist Church of Elyria where he served as church Deacon and a member of the male choir. He enjoyed watching westerns, sports, baseball, loved to go fishing, spending time with family and friends. He will be sadly missed by his daughters: Linda Faye Mahone and Roslyn Dale Parker both of Elyria, Donna Jennings of Lorain, Constance Mitchell of Elyria, Sons: Gary Parker and Desmond Parker both of Elyria, 13 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 6 great great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his wife Frances Parker, daughters: Derry Parker and Mary Parker, son: Sonny Parker, brother: Thomas Kenley Parker Jr. Friends will be received on Thursday, February 7, 2019 from 5 p.m. until time of service at 6 p.m. in the Carter Funeral Home Chapel, 127 W. Bridge St., Elyria, OH 44035. Rev. Larry Harville will officiate.
