Lela “Nancy” “Pink” Busby 91 of Hillsboro formerly of Litchfield passed away March 28, 2019 at Montgomery Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was born Aug. 13, 1927 in Lovington IL to Elza and Lela Faye (Jones) Stout.

She was a homemaker, enjoyed singing at church and yodeling. She was a member of the Litchfield Southern Baptist Church. She was married to Oley Lawson and he preceded her in 1983.

She is survived by two sons Oley (Nadene) Lawson of Walshville, George (Jeanna) Lawson of Gillespie two daughters Lela (Juan) Flores of Hillsboro and Teresa (Richard) Wilson of Hillsboro 12 grandchildren, several grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren, one brother Carl Stout of WA. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Oley two sisters Wandoline Harter and Josephine Wood and one brother Jack Stout. Graveside services will be Saturday March 30, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Elmwood Cemetery in Litchfield with Pastor Mike Rogers officiating.
