Obituary for Lena Caroline Eastman Lena Caroline Eastman, 87, passed away peacefully Tuesday, September 4, 2018. Our beloved mother was born to Anna Viertel Oswald and Roy Oswald on November 14, 1930, in Jonesboro, TX. She was multi-talented and her gift of service was a blessing to many people.

She loved and enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, neighbors and Riverside Baptist Church members. Caroline was preceded in death by her parents; and husband of 55 years, Alvin Ray Eastman. Survivors: Daughter, Marilyn Cadenhead; son, David Eastman and wife, Gina; grandchildren, Katie Wallace and husband, Paul, Kezi Cadenhead and partner, Ricky Salas, Kodie Cadenhead and wife, Dana, Emma Eastman and Olivia Eastman; great-grandchildren, Hallie Ventura, Ella Cadenhead and Ava Wallace; brothers, Nolan Oswald and Raymond Oswald, both of Pencil Bluff, Arkansas; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
