Lena Grace Wagley, 81, of Elk City, Oklahoma was born on June 10, 1937 in Byers, Oklahoma to Howard and Gracie Caroline (Waller) Roberts went to be with her Heavenly Father on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at Great Plains Regional Medical Center, Elk City, Oklahoma surrounded by her loving family. She married her best friend and sweetheart, Charles Wagley on November 20, 1958 in Sayre, Oklahoma. Lena enjoyed singing, dancing and reading magazines.

She was an animal lover and loved… Read More » her cat, Ashley very much. Lena saw the world through “rose colored glasses” and loved everyone. She was a dedicated and loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She loved going to church and she was an active member of Main Street Baptist Church in Elk City, Oklahoma. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 20, 2018 at Fairlawn Cemetery in Elk City, Oklahoma. Pastor Larry Parvin will officiate.

Services have been entrusted to the care of Martin-Dugger Funeral Home in Elk City, Oklahoma. Cherishing her memory is husband of sixty years, Charles Wagley of Elk City, Oklahoma; daughter, Linda Post and her husband, Joe of Sayre, Oklahoma; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; seven sisters, Pat Lowry of Sayre, Oklahoma, Louise Morgan of Mangum, Oklahoma, Stella Brooklander of Chickasha, Oklahoma, Sharon Logan, Rita Enox both of Sulphur, Oklahoma, Dorothy Rawls of Shawnee, Oklahoma, Wilma Clark of Norman, Oklahoma. She is preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Gracie Roberts; son, Gary Don Wagley; and one sister, May Barnes.
