Mrs. Leoma Weeks Wilkins, age 91, of Benson Hardee Road died Thursday, March 14, 2019 at Liberty Commons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Benson, NC. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Sunday, March 17, 2019 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Benson. Officiating will be Rev.

Steve Morris. Burial will follow in Harnett Devotional Gardens, Dunn, NC. Mrs. Wilkins was born May 16, 1927 in Johnston County to the late J.N. and Vada Pleasant Weeks.

She was also preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Earnest Wilkins, brother, Duval Weeks and nephew, Johnny Mack Weeks. Mrs. Wilkins was a homemaker and member of Stevens Chapel Church. Surviving include son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Linda Wilkins of Benson; granddaughters, Carrie Carpenter and husband, Kyle, of Asheville, and Katie Wilkins of Benson; great grandchildren, Coleman Carpenter and Carly Carpenter.

Family will receive friends 12:30PM – 1:30PM on Sunday, March 17, 2019 prior to the funeral service at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson and other times at the home. Flowers are welcomed; however, memorials may be made to one’s favorite charity.
