Jack Jackson, at the age of 74, went to be with his Savior on February 20, 1019. He was born May 16, 1944 to Ruby and Leroy Jackson in Jacksonville, Florida. He is survived by his wife, Kathy Jackson, son Lee Jackson, daughter Michelle Smith son in law Ron Smith, grandchildren Chad, Lauren, and Kaila, and his sister Gale Warner.

Jack graduated from Florida State University. He taught at Clay High School, then went into management. Most recently he was self employed.

His greatest joy in life was spending time with his children, grandchildren, and traveling with his bride of 52 years. Teaching was his passion in and out of the classroom. His main priority in life was to make sure everyone he came in contact with had the opportunity to hear of the unfailing love of Christ.

Jack was loved by everyone who had the honor of meeting him. He never met a stranger and seemed to know someone everywhere he traveled in and out of state. He loved to put a smile on the face of friends and strangers alike.

He will be missed by people from every walk and every season of his short 74 years. He was a man of God and left his mark on people far and wide; he will be missed for many years to come until we all meet again on His side of Glory.
