Leslie J. Seligman, age 50, of Mayfield, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Nathan Littauer Hospital, Gloversville. She was born on May 19, 1968 in Gloversville, the daughter of James and Vivian Gray VanDerwerker. Leslie graduated from Mayfield High School, then went on to graduate from FMCC and HVCC.

She was employed for over 20 years as a CT Technologist at Nathan Littauer Hospital. Mrs. Seligman previously worked as an EMT and later as an X-Ray Technician. In her free time, she enjoyed baking, crafting, spending time friends and family, her beloved dog Dottie and grand dog Tarzan.

Leslie was a kind, loving, generous, and understanding person. She will be missed greatly by many. She is survived by her husband Brian G. Seligman whom she married on August 4, 2018, one daughter Carly Poyfair of Mayfield, one son Brady Poyfair of Mayfield, one brother Mark (Jennifer) VanDerwerker of Powhatan, Virginia and one nephew Cole VanDerwerker.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the A.G. Cole Funeral Home, 215 East Main Street, Johnstown.
