Lidia’s Obituary Lidia Grzebien, 89, of Rockford, passed away on Monday, March 11, 2019. She was born on May 18, 1929 in Poland. She lived 63 years in Rockford, coming here from Poland.

She was married to Waclaw Grzebien in Poland in 1949. He predeceased her in 2008. Lidia was employed as a Seamstress by Bergners for many years and was a member of St. Stanislaus Church.

She is survived by her daughter Irene (Sterling) Wagner, daughter Theresa (Michael) Hallstrom, grandchildren Brittani (Ryan) Thompson, Garrett Hallstrom, Grant Hallstrom and Derek Wagner, great grandchildren Oliver & Camryn Thompson and Jaxon Hallstrom. Funeral mass will be at 11AM on Monday, March 18, 2019 in St. Stanislaus Church with Fr. Mieczyslaw Wit officiating.

Visitation will be from 10-11AM on Monday morning in the church.
