Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home Lillian Oslin Stamps, age 102, of Nashville, formerly of Russellville, passed away in Nashville, Tennessee, on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at the Bethany Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. She was born in Simpson County, Kentucky on February 17, 1916 to the late Joseph Edward Oslin and the late Nannie Lou Peters Oslin. Mrs. Stamps was a graduate of Western Kentucky University, a former educator with Davidson County Schools, a member of Belmont Heights Baptist Church, a member of the Oak Valley Garden Club, and a member of D.A.R.

Mrs. Stamps was preceded in death by her husband, the late Robert Barker Stamps. She is survived by: 1 Son- Robert B. Stamps Jr.- Nashville,TN 2 Nephews- Hiram Edward Oslin – Mt. Juliet, TN Larry Oslin- Loiusville, KY Graveside services for Lillian Oslin Stamps will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 9, 2018, at Berea Church Cemetery in Russellville.

Memorial donations may be made to Kindred Hospice, 1400 Donelson Pike Suite B5, Nashville, Tennessee 37217. Envelopes will be available at the service. Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
