She was born in Jefferson County on December 2, 1952 to the late Prentice Elwood Brooks and Thelma Marie Rainwaters Brooks. She was a homemaker and member of Barren Plains Baptist Church.

She is survived by: Husband ~ James Edward Tracy 3 Brothers ~ Prentice Brooks ~ South Carolina Roy Brooks ~ Florida Clifford Brooks ~ Florida 1Sister ~ Linda Brooks ~ Springfield, TN Graveside Services for Wanda Jean Brooks Tracy will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, November 30, 2018 at Jarrett Cemetery. There will be no public visitation at the funeral home before the services at the cemetery. Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
