Lillie Tucker Adams Spartanburg, SC: Lillie Tucker Adams, 97, went home to be with her Lord Wednesday October 17, 2018. She was the wife of the late Ben Z. Adams, Sr. and the daughter of the late James and Lonnie Casey Tucker. Mrs. Adams was a charter member of Carolina Baptist Church and was the last of five children and two step brothers.

She is survived by two step-sons, Dr. W. Herbert Adams and wife Dorothy, and Charles Adams; a nephew Howard Tucker, Jr.; eleven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, numerous great-great grandchildren and three great great-great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a step-son Ben Adams, Jr., and a step-daughter Betty Powell. Funeral service will be at 11:00 am, Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Carolina Baptist Church officiated by Rev.

Marc Williamson, her great grandson. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Carolina Baptist Church, 256 Floyd Road, Spartanburg, SC 29303.
