Linda’s Obituary Linda Louise Epperson, 79 of Kirksville passed away Monday (May 27, 2019) at Northeast Regional Medical Center. The daughter of Myrtle and Mildred Grace (Woods) Foss, she was born May 25, 1940 in Purdin, Missouri. On November 23, 1961 in Kirksville she was united in marriage to Edward Lee Epperson.

Linda is survived by her daughter, Pamela Sue Epperson of Kirksville; one nephew, Brian Foss; one great nephew, Colton; and one cousin, Karen. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and two brothers, Gary and Robert Foss. Linda grew up in Linn County and graduated from Bucklin High School.

She worked at the Travelers Hotel and Twin Pines until she retired. She enjoyed bowling, camping, fishing and traveling. Visitation will be from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Thursday (May 30, 2019) at Davis-Playle-Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home with a graveside service and interment at 3:00 p.m. at Highland Park Cemetery.
