Linda’s Obituary Linda Madeline Leonard, 89 of Wellsburg, WV died peacefully on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at Weirton Medical Center. Born on January 19, 1929 in Avella, PA a daughter of the late Thomas and Ida (DeJohn) Raineri. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, John Edward Leonard in 1978, and two brothers, James and Thomas Raineri, and a son-in-law, Bill Bass.

Linda enjoyed working as a receptionist at Quality Carpet in Wellsburg, WV and was Methodist by faith having attended the Wellsburg United Methodist Church. Linda is survived by five devoted children, Kathy (Chuck) Cross, Susan (Larry) Trader, Carol Leonard, Brenda Bass, and John E. (Joyce) Leonard all of Wellsburg, WV, six grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and her sister, Pat Staten of Wellsburg, WV. A private family service was held at Mullenbach Funeral Home 669 Main St. Follansbee, WV with Harry Myers, III, Minister officiating.

Inurnment was held privately in Franklin Cemetery in Wellsburg, WV. Condolences may be sent to www.
