TRAVERSE CITY – Linda Mae Dubuque, age 71, of Traverse City, passed away on Friday, March 22, 2019 at the Grand Traverse Pavilions in the loving care of her family. Linda was born on May 26, 1947 to Marcus and Naoma (Lilliberg) Tronson in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Linda was raised in Buxton and graduated from Climax High School.

She married Jeffrey Nesvig in 1967 and raised their family in the area. Later she married Daniel Dubuque and moved to Grand Forks. Linda spent the last five years living in Traverse City.

Linda was an avid quilter and created many beautiful quilts over the years. She enjoyed traveling to quilt shops and adding to her fabric stash. Linda is survived by her daughters; Alyson Nesvig (Tom) Purgiel, Traverse City, Erica Nesvig (Jacob) Paddock, Buckley, Nicole Nesvig, Denver, CO, and grandchildren; Ruth, Kole, Nora, and Tess Paddock, Buckley.
