Obituary for Linda Susan Hulette Taylor Linda Susan Hulette Taylor, 69, of Frankfort, died Thursday at Frankfort Regional Medical Center. She was a retired secretary for the Kentucky State Government Cabinet for Health Services. Linda is survived by her sons, Paul Allen (Melissa) Rice, Jeffrey Wayne Rice, both of Frankfort, and Howard Kirby Fint, of Jackson, MS; she was memaw to fourteen grandchildren, including Joshua Paul (Stacy) Rice, Kayla Ann Rice, and Tabby Rice; and three great-grandchildren, including Aiden Rice and Sadie Mae Spaulding.
She is also survived by her mother, Margaret Scott Hulette; sister, Carole (Tom) Gilkison; brothers, Henry and Danny Hulette; and many cousins, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Mary Ruth Fint; father, Gilbert Hulette; brother Ronald Hulette, and all her grandparents.
