A native of Frankfort, she was born on July 4, 1948 to the late James and Lottie Hulker Thurman Sr. Patricia retired in 2014 from the State Government as an Unemployment Insurance Specialist where she worked for over 27 years. She is survived by her daughter, Whitney Sachs; her son, Robert Wiley; her grandchildren, Brittany, Macey, and Brandon; and her great grandchildren, Emma and Luke.
