She is survived by her husband of 16 years: Ryan Smith, Live Oak, Fl; Parents: Terry (Debbie) Mixon, Live Oak, Fl; Three daughters: Karis, Rachel and Hailey Smith all of Live Oak, Fl; One son: Lincoln Smith, Live Oak, Fl; One sister: Kasey Mixon, Live Oak, Fl; Paternal grandmother: Jacqueline Mixon, Live Oak, Fl.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Sunday, February 17, 2019 at the Westwood Baptist Church with Pastor Frank Davis and Dr. Ben Bush officiating. Interment will follow in the Live Oak Cemetery.
