Obituary for Lisa Carol Downs Lisa Carol Carr Downs February 13, 1959 – November 5, 2018 Lisa Carol Carr Downs, born February 13, 1959, went to be with her Heavenly Father November 5, 2018. She was 59 years old and a resident of Queen City TX. Lisa is preceded in death by her father Charles Carr and sister Kristina Moseley.

She is survived by her sons Jerry Downs of Arizona and Jesse Rich of Atlanta TX; mother Sara Jo Carr; sister Teri Creecy of Longview TX; brother David Carr of Jefferson TX; step-daughter Tiffany Matthews of Sulpher Springs TX; and numerous other family members and friends. Lisa was born in Puerto Rico. She was an employee of EZ Mart in Queen City TX.

She was a gentle, soft-spoken woman. She was a Christian and read her Bible daily. She loved to read Biblical History and Biblical Fiction.

Lisa’s final services will be under the direction of Queen City Funeral Home in Queen City TX. Graveside services will begin Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Taylor Cemetery in Jefferson TX, beginning at 3:00 PM. For additional information and to leave digital condolences, please visit www.
