Livia Cramer Beloved Mother, Sister, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother, 89 Mrs. Livia (nee Sicignano) Cramer, 89, of Toms River, NJ, formerly of Belleville and Newark, passed away on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at the Ocean Medical Center, Brick. The funeral will be conducted from the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Monday, July 16 at 9:15 a.m. There will be a Funeral Mass celebrated at St. Lucy’s Church, Newark at 10:45 a.m. The entombment will be at Glendale Chapel Mausoleum, Bloomfield. biondifuneralhome.com. Livia was born in Trieste, Italy, daughter of Bartolomeo Sicignano and Lucia Maria (nee Bagarozza) Sicignano, and emigrated to the United States in 1948. She resided in Belleville and Newark before moving to Toms River seven years ago.

Livia was an assembler for Elrob Manufacturing, Cedar Grove for 19 years before retiring many years ago. She is survived by her beloved children Tom Cramer and his wife Irene, Lucy Marie Cramer-Halpin and her husband Thomas, Wil Cramer, his wife Mary Ann and her daughter-in-law Anne Cramer. Mrs. Cramer is predeceased by her son James L. Cramer; She is also survived by her loving sisters Antoinette Myers and Elena Zoli; her cherished grandchildren Natalie Rogers, Tommy Cramer, Lisa Cramer, JoMarie Castellano, Jimmy Cramer, Jessica Cramer and Jacci Snyder, step-grandchildren Marlene and Joe Scavo and Thomas Halpin; and her four cherished great-grandchildren Samantha, Kelsey, Jordan and Riley.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St Rocco in Livia’s honor, will be accepted at the funeral home.
