She passed away on February 24, 2019 at the age of 76 with her daughter and granddaughter by her side. She resided in Medford, New Jersey at the time of passing where she lived most of her life.

She was the wife of the late Clarence Sabol, mother of the late Christopher Sabol, and sister to the late Louis Ludwig. She is survived by her daughter Linda Hunt and her husband John Hunt, her sister Sharleen Hatch, her 4 grandchildren John Hunt, Nichole Hunt, Isabella Sabol, and Skylar Sabol, one great-grandson, AJ Hunt, and many nieces and nephews. Lois was a parishioner at St. Mary of the Lakes RC Church.

In her younger years, Lois enjoyed spending time at the Medford Pines Lake with her neighbors, family, and friends. She loved basking in the sun and watching her family and grandchildren swim. She loved long car rides, festivals, cookouts, shopping, outings, the beach, and family gatherings.

Lois most enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandson. She played a major role in the raising of them, and was always there to help them with their sorrows and in their time of need. She most enjoyed their laughter, their shenanigans, sleepovers, trips, and outings with them.

She loved their thoughtfulness and closeness, them loving and helping her, and just being by her side. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Friday, March 22, 2019, from 10-11AM, at the Mathis Funeral Home, 58 N. Main St., Medford, NJ. A Memorial Service will follow at 11AM, at the funeral home.
