Obituary for Lola G Nolan Lola G. Nolan, 94, widow of Eugene V. Nolan, died Thursday, January 3, 2019, at Palmetto Health Tuomey. Born June 10, 1924, in York, PA, she was a daughter of the late John Clayton Brumgard and the late Lola Alverta Bechtel Brumgard. She worked in retail sales for 30 years and retired from AAFES.

She was of the Catholic faith. Survivors include a son, Eugene E. Nolan of Dalzell. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, John W. Nolan, and numerous relatives and friends.

A private graveside service will be held in the St. Lawrence Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice. Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and Crematorium of Sumter is in charge of the arrangements.
