Obituary for Lori Anne Green Lori Anne Green, 53, of Louisville, passed away Saturday December 22, 2018 at her Residence in Louisville. She was born in Louisville and worked as a Medical Coder. Lori was a huge U of L fan, she also loved to ride motorcycles with her friends and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her Parents Wesley and Gladys Newton Hornback of Elizabethtown, Ky. Daughter, Rachel (Victor) Garcia of Louisville, KY, sister Elaine Preisinger of Louisville, Ky. step son, James Green, Jr. of Louisville, KY, and step daughter, Suzanne Green of Louisville, KY.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday December 27, 2018 2:00 pm at Manakee Funeral Home in Elizabethtown, KY With Rev. Tony Carson officiating. Burial will be held at the Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.
