Obituary for Lorna Clark Lorna Clark, 91, of Everett, was called home to be with the Lord on Sunday August 5th, 2018. She was born Saturday, October 9th, 1926 in Tatesville, a daughter of the late George and Leone Stiffler. On September 12th, 1946 in Cumberland, she married Melvin G. Clark, Jr. who passed away on April 19th, 1999.

She is survived by their daughter, Debra K. Hughes and husband Luke Hughes of Everett, Six sons, Melvin G. Clark, III and wife Jody (Bush) Clark of Everett Terry D. Clark of Everett, Lynn R. Clark and wife Nancy (Shaffer) Clark of Bedford, Clarence D. Clark and wife Cathy (Foor) Clark of Everett, Joseph D. Clark and wife Barbara J. (Bollman) Clark of Everett, Jeffery L. Clark and wife Karen (Rohrer) Clark of Everett, A daughter-in-law Marian (Miller) Clark of Everett, 19 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and 3 great great-grandchildren, Two sisters, Gaye Clark of Everett and Maxine Bollman of Everett, and many loving cousins, nieces, nephews and their families. In addition to parents and husband, she was preceded in passing away by a son Randy E. Clark, a twin brother Buck Stiffler and two brothers Clyde Stiffler and Pete Stiffler. Mrs. Clark was a member of the Everett Assembly of God Church and previously attended the First Christian Church in Everett and Clear Creek Brethren in Christ Church.

In her younger years, she worked at Lion Manufacturing in Everett, was a cook at the Rainbow Restaurant, and she and her husband also owned and operated Clark’s Furniture in Everett. At home Lorna enjoyed growing flowers, cooking for her family and friends, sitting out on her porch swing on a nice day and loved all animals, especially her pet dog Joey and pet cat Bo. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 9th, 2018 at 11:00 am at Everett Assembly of God Church, 161 Blackstone Road, Everett, with Pastor John W. Wiley officiating.

Friends may call at Dalla Valle Funeral Service, Main Street, Everett, on Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm, at the church on Thursday from 10:00 am until the hour of service and share memories online at www. dallavalle-everett.com. Burial will be held at Union Memorial Cemetery.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Lorna to the Bedford County Humane Society, 1108 Lutzville Road, Everett, PA 15537.
