OBITUARY Lorraine Shirley Brond January 1, 1936 – October 13, 2018 Lorraine Shirley (Rosen) Brond, 82, former longtime resident of Sudbury, passed away October 13, 2018, after an illness. Born in Poughkeepsie, NY on January 1, 1936, she was the daughter of Irving and Grace (Hilsbeck) Rosen. Beloved wife of 60 years of Morton Brond of Southborough; Loving mother of Karin Weinberg and her husband David of Southborough and David Brond and his wife Marianne of Delaware; Cherished grandmother of Daniel and Laura Brond of Delaware and Noah, Max and Gavin Weinberg of Southborough.

Lorraine was selfless, always smiling, and dedicated to her family. She was an avid reader and started two book clubs in Sudbury and Southborough. Lorraine was an enthusiastic Red Sox and Patriots fan and enjoyed playing tennis.
