Obituary for Lucille Williams Lucille Williams, age 94, passed away on June 23, 2018 in Utica, Michigan. Lucille was born in Rector, Arkansas in 1923. In 1956, Lucille and her family moved to Madison Heights, Michigan where they resided for 60 years.

She was a member at Madison Heights United Methodist Church for over 50 years, and she was a longtime employee of the Detroit American Legion. Lucille is the cherished wife of the late James W. Williams; the beloved mother of Rhonda (Pete) Vultaggio and James (Laurie) Williams; the loving grandmother of Ross, Paul, Isabella, and Brent; the dear sister of Evelyn (the late Joy) Gatewood, the late Pete (Lorene) Bookout, the late Mary (Ike) Curtis, the late Paul (Mary) Bookout, the late Truman (Juanita) Bookout, the late George (Clara) Bookout, the late Donald (Aletha) Bookout and the late Newt Bookout; and many nieces and nephews. Lucille’s family will receive friends at the Wm.

Sullivan and Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Road (3 blocks East of Van Dyke), Utica on Monday, June 25, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral service on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment at Oakview Cemetery, Royal Oak. In lieu flowers, memorials are appreciated to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 4550 Montgomery Avenue, Bethesda, MD 20814 or at cff.org.
