Obituary for Luis B. Liriano Luis B. Liriano, 62, of Lewistown, passed away on Thursday November 22, 2018 at Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital. Born April 6, 1956 in Samana, Dominican Republic, he was the son of the late Antonio Diaz and Josefa (Hamilton) Liriano. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Arcelia, Lillian and Eva Acosta.

Luis will be remembered and missed by his loving wife, Jaqueline (De La Cruz) Liriano, children, Ivonne Liriano of Mohnton, Illiana Liriano of Munhall, Mayelin Liriano of Lewistown, and Janthiel Liriano-Garcia of Dominican Republic, siblings, Jose R. Acosta, Mary Ellena Liriano, and Francisco Acosta, and grandchildren, Eriana Johnson, Eric Luis Liriano, Justin Jacobs, Levy Kai Husta, and Braxton Li Husta. Luis received his Master’s degree in Engineering from Universidad APEC, in The Dominican Republic. Earlier in life, Luis was employed as an engineer in communications and electronics in the Dominican Republic.

He loved listening to music, and spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was such a generous and humble family man that will be missed by all who knew him. A funeral service in loving memory of Luis will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday December 1, 2018 at Trinity United Methodist Church, 428 S Main Street, Lewistown with Pastor Chris Lutz to officiate.

A viewing will be held at the funeral home from 6-8:00 p.m. on Friday November 30, 2018. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Luis’ memory are respectfully encouraged to, Trinity United Methodist Church, 428 S Main Street, Lewistown PA 17044.
