Lukasz is survived by his loving mother Kazimiera Krupinski, 3 uncles Andrzej Augustyn with his wife Malgorzata, Jan Augustyn and his wife Lucyna, Stanislaw Augustyn and his wife Maria, his cousins Katarzyna Krzysztofinska with her husband Krzysztof and children Oliver and Nicholas, Tomasz Augustyn and his wife Marta and daughter Marianna, Mariusz Augustyn and his wife Izabela with children Mateusz, Hanna and Julia, Grzegorz Augustyn with his daughter Wiktoria, Anna Fikiel and her husband Dariusz and children Karolina and her husband Jacek with children Jan and Tola and his Godson Jakub, Jolanta Zaguba and her husband Leszek with children Monika and Michal, Malgorzata Chmielewska with her husband Jacek with children Oskar and Amelia. Lukasz was predeceased by his father Kazimierz Rzepecki.
