Obituary for Lula Rhea Phillips Lula Rhea Phillips, age 79, of Pleasant View, Tennessee, died Thursday, July 12, 2018 at her home. Her remains will be cremated and memorial services will be announced in the near future. Services will be conducted at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View.

Mrs. Phillips was born on May 3, 1939, in the Thomasville community of Cheatham County to the late William Joe and Mae Nicholson Traylor. She was a retired caregiver. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, F.C. Phillips; sons, Tray Phillips, Mickey Phillips; and brother, William Traylor.

She is survived by daughters, Teresa Hester and Tammy Phillips; brother, Joe Traylor; sisters, Frankie Mays and Billie Zurcher; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
