Obituary for Diane Fain Rubye “Diane” Fain, age 61, of Southside, Tennessee, died Saturday, June 30, 2018 at her home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 o’clock am, Thursday, July 5th, at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View with Bro. James Black officiating.

Burial will follow in Good Springs Cemetery with Reece Goff, Robert Nicholson, Matthew Nicholson, Aaron Nicholson, Ronald Dixon, Dean Fain, Danny Fain, and Thomas Murff serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4:00-8:00PM Tuesday and again on Thursday, July 5th, beginning at 9:00AM until the hour of service at 11:00AM. Diane was born on July 8, 1956 in Ashland City, Tennessee.

She was retired from A.O. Smith in Ashland City and attended Miller’s Chapel Free Will Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her mother, Opal Hardin Nicholson. Survivors include her husband, Ray Fain; son, Shawn (Lisa) Goff; father, Robert T. (Nancy) Nicholson, Jr.; brother, Robert (Brenda) Nicholson; sisters, Linda (Steve) Bethel, and Angie (Ronald) Dixon; grandchildren, Reece, Abigail, Maribeth Goff; and several nieces, nephews, & great-nieces and great-nephews.
