Obituary for “Jackie” Lorna Jacquelyn Holmes “Jackie” Lorna Jacquelyn Holmes, age 94 of Hendersonville, passed away at Brookdale Senior Living on Thursday, September 27. Jackie was a beloved, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Besides taking care of her family, for 30 years she was an active member of the Peoria, AZ First Presbyterian Church.

There she enjoyed serving on committees and playing the organ. She is preceded in death by her parents, Perry and Ethel Short; and her husband, Eugene David Holmes. She is survived by her sons, Ken and Randy Holmes; grandchildren, Emily Jones, Esseri, Clinton, and Jess Holmes; and great-grandchildren, Maya Jones and London Ree.
