Obituary for Peggy Taylor Peggy June Haynes Taylor, age 91, of Springfield, passed away Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at her home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 2pm in the chapel of the Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Springfield with Brother Martin Babb officiating. Burial will follow in the Springfield Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 11am until the hour of service at 2pm. Mrs. Taylor was born June 19, 1927 in Springfield to the late Felix and Alta Mae Watson Haynes. She worked as a bookkeeper for TN Light and Appliance for many years and was a member of Springfield Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents Mrs. Taylor is preceded in death by her husband, James H. Taylor and her half-sister, Bonnie Dunkel. Mrs. Taylor is survived by her daughter, Lisa Odle and husband, Wade, of Springfield; and grandchildren, Taylor Odle of Philadelphia, PA and Analise Odle of Springfield. If so desired memorial contributions may be made to Springfield Baptist Church.
