Obituary for Luther Leslie Maddox Luther Leslie Maddox age 78 of Ten Mile passed away Friday, April 13, 2018 at his home. He was a member of Compromise Baptist Church. He enjoyed farming, hunting and spending time with his family.

Preceded in death by his father James Maddox, mother Lulla Bell Maddox, brothers Clyde Maddox, Johnny Maddox, Laudy Maddox, Ernest Davis, Garland Davis, sisters Ethel Lee, Frances Morton, Mildred Tinnel, Nellie Johnson, Grandson Todd Allen Maddox. Survivors include: Wife of 48 years Stella Mae Waldo Maddox of Ten Mile, TN; Children Carol Morgan of Riceville, TN; Jimmy Maddox and wife Caroline of Ten Mile, TN; George Maddox and wife Joyce of Crossville, TN; Grandchildren Julia Bowers and husband Cody; Jana Morgan; James Allen Maddox; John Maddox; Amanda Maddox; Great grandchildren Katlyn Bowers and Destiny Bowers; Special friends Ronald Ivey, Bobbie Tipton, Jim Tipton, Josh Humphreys; Sister Dorothy Hamilton of Philadelphia, TN; and many friends. Funeral 11am Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at Compromise Baptist Church with Rick Kirkland, Alan Strickland and Pastor Delbert Umphrey officiating.

Burial in Edgemon Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ronald Ivey, Marvin Umphrey, Billy Henry, Herbie Clowers, Dewayne Crabtree and Paul Pilkey. The family will receive friends from 5 until 8pm Monday at the Kyker Funeral Home in Kingston.
