Obituary for Lydia Belle Lain Mrs. Lydia Belle Lain, age 100 of Wingo, Ky passed away on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at the Park Terrace Assisted Living Facility in South Fulton, Tn. She was a member of the Bayou-de-Chien Cumberland Presbyterian Church, and she was a retired seamstress from the Merit Clothing Company. Mrs. Lain is survived by her StepDaughter- Sandra Robertson of Kansas; her nephew- Billy McAlister of Murray, Ky; her niece- Sheryl DeGrove of Fernandina Beach, Fl; several other nieces & nephews also survive; in addition to 3 step-grandchildren, and 5 step-greatgrandchildren, and 1 step-great-greatgrandchild.

She was preceded in death by her 1st husband- Raymond O. Thompson; 2nd husband- John Henry Lain; three brothers- David McAlister, Eulice McAlister, and Coy McAlister; one nephew- Donnie McAlister; parents- Louis & Pearl Owensby McAlister. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, October 14, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home in Wingo, Ky with Rev. Danny Potts officiating.

Burial will follow in the Camp Beauregard Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-8 PM on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at the Brown Funeral Home in Wingo, Ky. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Bayou-de-Chien Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 2 Kingston Road, Water Valley, Ky 42085 or to the Camp Beauregard Cemetery, 9493 State Route 2422, Water Valley, Ky 42085.
