Obituary for Margaret Katherine Lenihan Miss Margaret Katherine Lenihan, age 96, of Mayfield, passed away at 10:10 P.M. Friday, October 5, 2018 at the Mills Health and Rehabilitation Facility in Mayfield. She was a retired Secretary from the Kentucky State Police Post #1 in Hickory and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She is survived by nieces and nephews; Martha (Dale) Dumas, Robert (Victoria) Thomas, Pat (Kathy) Thomas, Bert Thomas, Peggy (Daryl) Dunagan, Sister Rosemary Rule,OP, Angela (Mike) Hagerty, Bridget Rule, Bernadette Ryan, Tim (Deb) Rule and many great nieces and nephews.

Special friends are Ernie Nelson and the Nelson families, Belva Watkins and Michelle Watts. She was preceded in death by her parents; Patrick and Lucy Pierceall Lenihan, three sisters; Lucille Lenihan, Elizabeth Rule and Dorothy Thomas, a niece; Dottie Stipes and a nephew; Michael Rule. A funeral mass will be said at 10:00 A.M. Saturday at the St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Eric Riley officiating.

Interment will follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call after 9:00 A.M. Saturday at the St. Joseph Catholic Church. The Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield is in Charge of Arrangements.
