Obituary for Terry Wayne Cox Mr. Terry Wayne Cox, age 68 a resident of Ashland City, TN and formerly of Mayfield, passed away at 5:30 A.M. Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at the Alive Hospice Center in Madison, TN. He was of the Baptist Faith and a guard for Tennessee Department of Corrections in Nashville, TN. He is survived by five sisters; Linda Gail Peyton, Mayfield, Myrtle Delene (James) Holmes, Mayfield, Mary Catherine (Herbert) Stephens, Water Valley, Vickie Carol (Ken) Fiekert, Rising Sun, IN.

Brenda (Jeff) Clinard, Wingo, one brother; John Walter Cox, Mayfield, several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother; Ophelia Mae Norwood Cox. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Saturday at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield with Bro.

Herbert Stephens officiating. Interment will follow in the Highland Park Cemetery. Friends may call after 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield.
