She was born September 3, 1958, to Ronald and Lois (Siders) Neisse in St. Paul, MN. Lynne was a Personal Care Attendant at the State Hospital in Fergus Falls for over twenty years.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Ronald and Lois Neisse; brother, Daryl Neisse Survivors include her partner of twenty-five years Richard Feldick; brother, Bruce (Nancy) Neisse; sister-in-law, Susan Neisse; nieces, Shelly (Geoff) Toscano and Jennifer Neisse; nephew, Jeff (Jen) Neisse and four grand-nephews.
