Madeleine (nee Gallagher) “Lynne” DeCarlo, age 65 years; of West Deptford, New Jersey formerly of Winona, New Jersey passed away on January 14, 2019. She was born in Philadelphia, Pa. on November 28, 1953 to Paul M. and Margaret M. (nee McElroy) Gallagher.

She is the beloved sister of Thomas Gallagher, Patricia M. (John) Meyer, and the late Paul M. Gallagher. Madeleine is a graduate of Darby-Colwyn High School (now Penn Wood High School). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

She was employed as a bank teller for many years for Hudson Bank, which is now M & T Bank. She loved to travel, visiting such places as San Salvador, Ireland, and Mexico. She also enjoyed to get away to the mountains when she was home in New Jersey.

Relatives and Friends are invited to her visitation Friday, January 25, 2019 from 9 am to 9:50 am and to her Funeral Mass at 10 am both in Presentation BVM Church 204 Haverford Road Wynnewood, Pennsylvania 19096. The interment will take place in Holy Cross Cemetery in Yeadon at a time determined by the family in the future. In lieu of flowers an offering in Madeleine’s name to either The Providence Animal Hospital 555 Sandy Bank Road Media, Pa.

19063 or to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN. 38105 would be greatly appreciated.
