Obituary for Madge Bailey Nettie Madge Garrett Bailey, 90, widow of Bob Bailey, passed away December 31, 2018. A native of Greer, daughter of the late Russell Robert and Lucille Garrett, she was a retired employee of State Auto Insurance Company and a member of Victor Baptist Church. Surviving are a daughter, Kim Vaughn of Taylors; a son, Brent Bailey of Greer; two sisters, Shirley Beacham (Benny) and Edna Arnold (Marks) all of Greenville; a granddaughter, Lauren Thompson; and a great-granddaughter, Addison Thompson.

Mrs. Bailey was predeceased by a brother, Russell Garrett, Jr. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 3, 2019 at The Wood Mortuary, conducted by Rev. Ken Vickery. Burial will follow in Mountain View Cemetery.

Visitation will be held 12:30-1:45 p.m. Thursday at The Wood Mortuary. The family is at their respective homes. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Victor Baptist Church, 121 New Woodruff Road, Greer, South Carolina 29651.
