Magdalen E. Pozuc (nee Krizanek) Magdalen E. Pozuc (nee Krizanek), 86, passed away peacefully June 3, 2018 surrounded by her family after a long and fulfilling life. She was born on February 19, 1932 in Benwood, WV to Ludvik and Magdalen Krizanek. Maggie was co-owner of Altomare’s Catering Service and was a long time member of St. Joseph Parish.

She was a warm, welcoming woman who always had time for her family, friends and Norwood Street neighbors, often hosting many guests on her front porch. In addition to her parents, brothers and sisters, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank. She is survived by sons, Mike (Ann), Mark (Dawn) & Joe (Carol) Pozuc; daughters, Fran (Larry) Booker, Paula (Jeff) Walck, Ann (Greg) Brown, Beth (Gary) Lowe & Patty (John) Carlson; grandchildren, Mark (Chrissie) and Bill Booker, John, Magdalen, Jose and Mary Pozuc, Tom (Erika) and Kate Pozuc, Ryan Walck, Melanie and Monica Pozuc, Ben and Frank Brown,Samantha (Sean) Wilson, Matthew and Luke Carlson; 8 great-grandchildren and “The Golden Girls”.

Calling hours 3-7pm Thursday at Ciriello & Carr Funeral Home, 810 Portage Tr, Cuyahoga Falls. Mass of Christian Burial 10am Friday, June 8 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment at Oakwood Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to the St. Joseph School Education Fund, 215 Falls Ave Cuyahoga Falls,OH 44221.
