Manuel C. Lopez, 91, of Kingsville, TX passed away March 6, 2019 in Corpus Christi, TX. He was born on December 15, 1927 in Kingsville, TX to Maria Cantu and Guadalupe Munoz. He was a retired sheet metal worker with Reynalds Metals and a U.S. Army World War II Veteran.

He was also a member of St. James Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, the late J.P. #4, Felicitas “Pila” Lopez; one daughter, Guadalupe De Leon; one son-in-law, Rigoberto Galvan. Survivors include three daughters, Margie Lopez of Santa Maria, CA, Maria C. “Tina” Galvan of Kingsville, and Joyce Castillo of San Antonio; two sons, Jose (Verna) Lopez Jr. of Santa Maria, CA, and Ray (Maria) Burrel of Kingsville; seventeen grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tues. , 03-12-2019 from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home. A Rosary will be held on Tues.

, 03-12-2019 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wed. , 03-13-2019 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.
