Obituary for Manuel Puentez Manuel Puentez, 71, of Hammond, Indiana passed away on Saturday, May 12, 2018. He is survived by one son, Manuel Jr. and 4 grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings: Esther Cervantes, Cruz (Javier) Miranda, Eulalia (Carlos) Santillan, Concha (Jose) Lubiano, Diego (Lisa) Puentez, Calistro (Donna) Puentez, and Roy James (Lisa) Puentez; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Memory Lane Funeral Home, 6305 W. Lincoln Highway (US 30), Crown Point, Indiana. The funeral will be on Thursday, May 17, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. There will be a one-hour viewing prior to the start of the service.
