Marcos Mendoza of Pierceton, Indiana passed away at 12:37 p.m. on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana at the age of 32. He was born on December 23, 1986 in Chicago, Illinois to Socorro Brito and Marcos Mendoza. He moved to the area with his family when he was 9 years old and was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Warsaw.

Marcos was loved by everyone, and very well taken care of by his family. He will be dearly missed. He will be lovingly remembered by his mother: Socorro Brito (Pierceton, Indiana); step-Father: Manuel Jara (Warsaw, Indiana); brother: Marino Acosta (Warsaw, Indiana); and three Sisters: Maria Barrientos (Ligonier, Indiana); Elvira Acosta (Warsaw, Indiana); and Evelia Lara (Warsaw, Indiana).

Visitation will be held from 8:00 – 12:30 p.m. on Friday, March 8, 2019 at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, Indiana. His mass of Christian Burial will follow at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 8, 2019 and celebrated by Father Constantino Rocha at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 225 Gilliam Drive, Warsaw, Indiana. Burial will follow with a graveside service at Oakwood Cemetery of Warsaw.
