She was born on April 16, 1926, to Cornelius and Hazel (nee Eiler) Wageman. Margaret was the beloved wife for sixty-two years of the late Harry J. Konerman, M.D; dear mother of Diane (Andy) Sweeny, Caroline (David) Dattilo, John (Lisa), Dr. James (Amy), all of Cincinnati; Rev.

Greg of Dayton; and Neil “Hutch” of Centerville. She was the cherished grandmother of Meg (Kevin) Harrison, Andrew (Katherine) Sweeny, Michael Sweeny, Nick (Christina) Curl, Maria Konerman, John Konerman, Greg Konerman, Elizabeth Konerman, Matthew (Monica) Konerman, Morgan (Carrie) Konerman, Meredith (Daniel) Frost, Terese Dattilo, David Dattilo, Catherine Dattilo and Marie Dattilo; and proud great-grandmother of thirteen. She is also survived by her dear sister Patricia (John) Wilting.

She was preceded in death by her siblings, Mary Lee, Albert and John. Margaret was a registered nurse and a graduate of the Good Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing, Class of 1947. She had been a 58 year resident of Amberley Village.

She was a devout Catholic, and had been active at the former Our Mother of Sorrows Church, then later at the former St. Matthew Church, and in more recent years at St. Cecilia Church. She was a dedicated wife, mother and homemaker. After her children were grown, she volunteered for several years at the Student Health Center at Xavier University.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 from 5-8 PM at Geo. H. Rohde & Son Funeral Home, 3183 Linwood Ave. in Mount Lookout.

The Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, January 17, 2019 at 10:30 AM at St. Cecilia Church, 3105 Madison Road in Oakley. Memorials can be made to St. Margaret Hall, 1960 Madison Rd. , 45206; or to the MS Society, 4440 Lake Forest Drive, Suite 120, Cincinnati, Ohio 45242.
