Margie E. Pinkerton Plesce, 90, of Lykens, passed away Sunday, September 30th at Premier at Susquehanna Village, Millersburg. Born in Lykens, June 5, 1928, a daughter of the late Ralph and Pearl Stuppy Pinkerton. Margie attended the Lykens United Methodist Church.

She will be remembered as a loving and gentle women. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gus Plesce; brothers, William, Ralph and Harry Pinkerton; sisters, June Yuslum and Norma Markel.

Surviving are her daughter, Cathy Pinkerton Kosier, Lykens; three grandchildren, Terry Klinger, Jerry Klinger and Kerri Herb; great grandchildren, Shanell Messner; Joshua, Alec, Taylor and Jordan Klinger; Brandon and Braxton Herb; great great grandchildren, Kanyce, Donika and Dakota Shomper; 3 brothers; Lee “Icky” Pinkerton, Lykens, Jack Pinkerton, Harrisburg, Jerry Pinkerton, Mechanicsburg and her baby doll Beautiful. Nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the nurses at Premier at Susquehanna Village for the care the gave Margie over the last three years.

Graveside services will be held on October 15th at 11:00 am from the Calvary United Methodist Cemetery, Wiconisco with Rev. Dr. Lori Betsworth. Memorial donations, in lieu of flowers, can be made to the Lykens United Methodist Church, 527 N 2nd St, Lykens, PA 17048.
