Margo (Krznarich) Yatchak passed away on Sunday, Oct. 28, 2018, at her home in Marquette. She was 73.

Margo was born on Feb. 22, 1945, in Wakefield, to parents Daniel and Katherine (Kallander) Krznarich. She grew up in Wakefield, and graduated from Wakefield High School in 1963.

Margo lived and worked in various places around the Midwest, including Green Bay, Minneapolis and Cleveland, and also for a period in California. She returned to Wakefield in… Read More » 2006, where she met and eventually married Brian Yatchak on Aug. 7, 2010.

Brian passed away on Aug. 4, 2012, after which she moved to Marquette. Margo was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Katherine, and her husband, Brian.

She is survived by brothers, Dan (Vicki), New London, Wis. , Rich (Emilie), Hancock, Larry (Rita), Park Falls, Wis. , and Terry (Melanie), Clarkston; a sister, Beth, Marquette; her son, Robert (Elizabeth) Merrill, Roswell, Ga.

; and an aunt, Ruth Burns, Flint, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. At Margo’s request, cremation has taken place and there will be no service. The Canale-Tonella Funeral Home of Marquette is serving the family.
